2. Educational Program — Important Disclosures
Credit Clarity Academy is an educational publisher. We are not a credit repair organization, a law firm, or a financial or tax advisor, and we do not access, dispute, or modify any consumer's credit file on their behalf. Our materials are provided for general educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
We make no guarantee of any specific result, score increase, or removal of any item. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), consumer reporting agencies are only required to correct or remove information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable; disputing accurate information is not permitted. Individual results vary.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
When you opt in to text messages from Credit Clarity Academy, the following terms apply:
- Program: Credit Clarity Academy sends recurring automated informational and promotional text messages, which may include support updates, appointment or follow-up reminders, and offers related to our educational program.
- How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have authorization to opt in the mobile number provided, be at least 18 years old, and be located in the United States.

4. Use of Materials
Program materials, including any guides or letter templates, are licensed for the personal, individual use of the purchaser and may not be resold or redistributed. Any dispute letters or actions you take are undertaken by you, in your own name, and at your own discretion.
5. Third-Party Referrals
Credit Clarity Academy is an educational program and does not perform credit repair or provide funding. If you choose to pursue outside services — for example, a third-party credit repair company — you do so entirely at your own free will and discretion. As a courtesy, we may point you toward outside options if you ask, but Credit Clarity Academy is not involved in and assumes no responsibility or liability for those companies, their services, their fees, or their results. Any engagement, and any outcome, is solely between you and that third party.
6. Delivery & Access
The program is delivered as an instant digital download (and/or by email) after purchase. There is no physical shipment. Support is available Monday–Friday by phone and Zoom during business hours.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Clarity Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the program, or any communications, including text messages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our programs will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
